Can't get a tag for my car

Purchase a 2005 Chysler Sebring on Sept. 8 from Chris Clark which i had to finance through a company call Members EXchange Credit Union. The promblem I'm facing, is that i can"t purchases a tag for my car because there is a hold on the title. Contacted Mr. Clark and his partner Mr. Jeremy Jerdine on numerous occassion to resolve this matter, and they have'nt legitimately responed to this problem. I also inform the credit union about this matter when it first arose, Assistant Vice President Christy Mcdonald over collections, was my contact, and was made aware of my situation. A third party inform me that the reason why their is a hold on the title is that this company still have a unpaid debt to them. This third party is the owner of MID SOUTH AUCTIONS out of PEARL MS, whom contacted me explaining why i could'nt purchases a tag for my car. His name is Kenny Ray who holds the title and not releaseing it until he get paid, that what he told me. WHAT am i suppose to do. AM making payment on this car and don't have a tag for it. This is my only sources of transportation and i fear I'm going to get stop for a techicality which is no fault of minds. What are my options?
