Ordered online product that was not satisfactory. Even though i canceled my order after facial antiaging gel used for 1 month was unsatisfactory, the product was still being sent & my bank acct was still being withdrawn from at approximately $103.00 for 3 months. I finally got the ordered canceled, but wanted my money refunded to my bank acct. The customer service representative i spoke to named jacob was very rude. He told me he would refund only $100.00 of the approximately $309.00 taken from my acct. I had returned product each time it was delivered. When i asked to speak to someone higher in rank, he rudely told me to take what he offered or forget about it, that no one else would do anything better. I called the next 3 to 4 days & was told that jacob was in a meeting & would not be available. I thought this was strange to be in a meeting every time i called. I also was unable to speak with any type of manager when i asked for someone higher ranking than jacob. I was told that there was not a manager on duty. When i asked when a manager would be available i was told "i don't know" when i asked for someone who would know, i was told that no one else available. Needless to say i was very frustrated & felt very helpless & afraid that money would still be taken from my acct. I did go to my bank & told them that this company was not authorized to withdraw from my account. I have never in my life had to deal with a company that was so disinterested in the customers satisfaction. I guess i have learned a lesson or hopefully this complaint will get better resolution than by phone. I want to warn any other potential customers that this is not a company that you want to deal with.
