Breaches contract refuses to refund money and refuses to turn off service

I had ordered netzero free one month trial service on 7/3/07 and was told I had to pay a $25 set up fee they charged me $35.42 instead and to make matters worse they double charged me a total of $70.84 I also was told I would receive my $25 back if I was'nt satisfied with the service after one mth. I called netzero on 7/27 to make them aware of the double charge and was told that they would see I got my money back. On 7/30 I called back and I told them about it again and that I wanted to cancel my service with them and the lady told me I had to call back on 8/5 to cancel and that my $35.42 would be back in my bank acct.By 8/3. My money was not in my bank acct.By 8/3 so I called again on 8/3 and spoke to a rep., supervisor and a manager and was told it would take 2 wks. To have money refunded cause they had to have it approved and if it were approved it would be credited to my next months bill and they were very rude to me and eventually the manager hung up on me.

On 8/4 I called again about this issue and told them I wanted to cancel again once again they told me to call back on 8/5 to cancel and that I would get a $25 refund for my set up fees. On 8/5 (today) I called back and told them I wanted to cancel my acct. With them and she told me I would have to pay $100 for cancelling my acct. With them because she said I signed up for a 1 yr. Commitment with them, I never signed a 1 yr. Contract with them. I have never seen my $35.42 refund and was told I would not receive my $25 for cancelling my service at the end of 1st mth, instead they want $100 from me for canceling their service when I told her she would'nt get a dime from me she told me she would not cancel my service.
