Holding IRA account funds unjustly

On April 25, I Vicki *, spoke with Claire in her Office in reference to closing an IRA account.
Claire faxed the documents to their lawyer and stated that it would take a couple of days for the lawyer to process the papers. Claire stated she would notify me when the lawyer returned the documents to her for my signature.

After 2 weeks of not hearing from Clair I contacted her, and she stated that no documents had arrived for my signature. I tried to exlain to her the urgency of me wanting these documents processed. Clair stated that their was nothing that she could do and she did not have a phone number where I could contact the lawyer. Several calls were made to Jodie and Clair asking why the procedure was taking so long.

On May 05 I called and spoke with Clair and still could not get any assistance. Finally when I called on Monday May 12, Clair stated the stated the documents had arrived, however she would not be in the Office but she would leave the documents with Jodie for my signature. On May 12 I went to the office and signed the documents.

May 16 I spoke to Jodie and I asked her did she maillor fax the paers to the lawyer and had they heard anything. Jodie stated that sh had not heard anything and she did not know if the papers had been returned to the lawyer., I asked Jodie if she had an emergency number contact number for Clair. Jodie stated no, On May 23 I called and spoke with Jodie. She stated that she had mailed the documents on Wednesday May 21.

Why did it take 3 days for Jodie or Clair to return the document? I received very poor assistance and customer service from Clair and Jodie. I have never received any monthly statements regarding this IRa account. I did put in a change of address. I not not understand why I have received this kind of service when I am truly the customer.

I feel that I have been neglected from receivijg any interest that may have been due on this account, due to me not receiving any currect information. As of May 27 I still have not received any money. Could you please respond to this inquiry as this matter is of great importance. I have presented all the documents necessary to complete this transaction, and I do not understand why I have not received the money that is clearly due to me.
