I've had a $10 per month charge on my Telus Mobility bill since September that was supposedly a "third party charge" for ringtones / music downloads... Only I never agreed to it and had no knowledge of it! Telus won't help and I'm now out of pocket $50. What kind of scam is this and how can Telus Mobility not accept responsibility for it??? I had to text a message to Motime's # (63232) to have it stopped. I'm not done screaming yet so I hope to have some sort of resolution. Maybe one of the consumer protection shows should be made aware of this.
