Telus Mobility Telus ripoff with rude and sarcastic customer reps

I have cel lines with Telus and from $60 bill I got charged over $300 for few months for their error and the so called "customer care" was almost laughing at me over the phone and another over the internet!
They refused to give me their supervisor contact!

I think now Telus is the worst of the three telephone giant canadian devils! Can't wait for the new comers to open their doors for business after opening the canadian spectrum.
Tried Virgin mobile... Very pleasant experiece so far.
