I sent my iphone to Hello Totem in October and was sent an email on Octoberthat sent my check. I still have not received it and have sent a lot of emails requesting a reply and a reissuee of the check. I still haven't heard from them. I would like to sue also but don't know where to start or how to go about it. You can email me at (Personal Information Removed) if you have any answers.
