I have placed an order of Studio Headphone and to discovered that several things were not working properly. I contacted them and they struggled to satisfied me as a customer when I requested for an exchange or a full refund but they suggested that I am to take the product to a repair shop and they ll pay the cost of repair. I felt as a customer, I should not be responsible to do that. And then they said I can keep the product but order another one for 50% of cost.
