Digiexpress.Us I would warn against anybody paying the $25.00 diagnosis fee

Sent these guys my kids i-touch headphone jack was loose figured easy fix.

I get this email

A technician has completed a Diagnosis of your device. The technician has determined that to complete your repair there will be additional parts needed. These parts may be from obvious physical damage or from internal damage.

$19.99 headphone jack $9.99 battery $29.98

So i figure 10 bucks for battery not bad so i pay the extra $29.98 week later $60 paid to these guys i get this email

Due to a problem detected in the main electronics board of your device, your repair cannot be completed at this time.
We value providing our customers with a cost-effective repair solution. However, the cost for this repair exceeds
the value of a new device. We will be issuing you a refund for all parts you have purchased for this repair. Your device will be returned to you as soon as possible.

These guys need to be SHUT DOWN how can they get away with ripping us off like this.

I went to the BBB and they have an F rating make sure you go to bbb and file.
