I bought a 12 by 70ft 1973 trailer from my current landlord I paid it off 5-1-11 and they informed me there was no tittle for it. My landlord. Mrs Tucker had mentioned to me that it was not her problem. How am I to move or sell this trailer house with out a title?
They make all 7 pad tenants pay cash we are not allowed to give checks or money orders or cashier checks. I gave a more than fair amount for the trailer I am currently living in and yet I have no title. What am i suppose to do? I have been to the DMV and to the court house they were not able to give me any information and I am now at a dead end. I am not the only one that is going though this situation. My neighbors are having the same issues with our landlord? What should you suggest that I do about my current situation?
