WABASH NATIONAL TRAILER CENTERS Purchased truck trailer and paid title and transfer fees but the company refuses to give me a title to the trailer!

My name is Tony J. I am a hard-working truck driver. I own T&N Transport. On April 8, I purchased a 53-foot utility dry van trailer to haul cargo with. At the time of purchase I paid in full, plus title and transfer fees. It has been more than five months now and WABASH NATIONAL TRAILER CENTERS refuses to provide me with a clear title to the trailer. Since I purchased the trailer, the temporary tag issued by WABASH expired and after complaining WABASH provided me with a second 30-day temporary tag. After the second temporary tag expired, I could no longer use the trailer and have been unable to work since then. WABASH refuses to give me my money back and refuses to give me title to the trailer. I spent over $4K on new tires for the trailer and have not been able to use it for more than two months. I had to send it to storage and now I also owe storage charges on the trailer. WABASH NATIONAL TRAILER CENTERS should do the right thing and deliver to me a good and clear title to the trailer I paid for. I am desperately falling behind on payment of my bills because WABASH NATIONAL TRAILER CENTERS refuses to provide me a clear title to the trailer I paid for in full, including title and transfer fees. Call the Account Executive, Marcos Garcia, and let him know that he shouldn't be in the business of defrauding hard-working truckers!
