Take my money and i havent get it back New York

A representative called me from this company and offered me a credit card with a $2000 limit with 0% interest for 3 years for $249. I thought it was too good to be true but then I thought that's probably why they're charging the $249, because of the 0%.

I went ahead and gave my information. After the transaction was made, she had told me that it would be in the mail in 25 business days after 25 business the card still hasn't arrived. A packet came in the mail it was just a bunch of junky pagers It said that I would still need to pay $50 for a debit credit card. My mom was angry and she call them I wasn't home and she talk to the representative and my mom told her we want her to put back the $249, in my bank account but they turn we around and around and told us we have to write a letter to a new York address and that is the first time I ever herd of a big credit card company that don't have a phone number for they big office and then I write a letter to the address and I wait and wait then they call us back trying to get $249 more out of us and I call them back and they told me I got to write another letter to they head office and after that any time I call they 800 number I cant get no 1 I have been trying to get back my money since then and I haven't get it back yet I was stupid never again that will happen to me
