ACH withdrawal, credit card rip-off!

In Sept I received a phone call from a company offering me a credit card with a $2000 limit with 0% interest for the first 3 years for $249. Now I've never been able to get a credit card for more then $500 so this sounds real good and with 0% interest even better. I went ahead and gave my information and right on payday they hit my account with a the charge. Now the card is to be in the mail 25 to 30 business days after the transaction goes through.

The transaction went through on 09/16 an it's now 10/22. Still no card! So I went on line to see if they had a web site and instead of finding there web site on the google look up I find the consumer complaints by some one in California. Her report sounds word for word of what is going on with me. So now I'm off to my bank to get my money back. Hopefully!
