I purchased 5 bags from the online boxing day sale. The order said it was in "progress" but a weeks later I had not recieved a shipping confirmation so I called customer service. They said my order hadn't been placed because all the bags were out of stock. Then I spoke with a manager and she said I could try again in a few days as they were having another sale. Went back in a few days and the bags I had wanted to purchase were for sale again! So I called back again and this time they said the reason they didn't send them was because they wouldn't ship to the post office address I gave them? She then processed my order for the items I wanted to a different address. But it sounds like I'm not going to want the bags once they get here. Has anyone tried to cancel the charges through Visa and then file a fruad claim? I think I will be!
