We bought a quantity of scaffolding form eBay he sent a company invoice (Euro-Scaff) we paid for the scaffolding by BACS, he did not deliver and has not repaid the money. He has a VAT number registered to another company. His company address is incorrect and all addresses and phone numbers are false apart from one that he uses 07715658910 he will not answer the phone only uses text or messaging on eBay so I have a record of all communication.
