I too purchased the "great deal" HerStyler and got the "free" shampoo from the vendor in NorthStar Mall January 20 (3478224233). I am on my second flat iron. The first was defective with shortening in the wiring. However the actual company replaced it because it was only a few months old. The HerStyler company only replaces defective products up to a year, while my receipt says 2 year warranty. I just used the second one tonight and a red spark flame came from the Herstyler and shorted out. I will continue to make attempts to contact this company and make them liable for their vendors' actions. BBB will have a complete report from me.
