The sales people selling herstyler flatirons at kiosks in malls lie!

I purchased a flatiron at a kiosk at a mall in pueblo, co xmas of 2007. The iron has worked great the past 5 yrs until last night; it burned out. I wouldn't even complain since we've got our use out of it but the sales lady at the kiosk was adament that the flatirons came with a lifetime guarantee and that's apparently not true. Again, i've got 5 yrs use out of it but i don't like being lied to. I would advise people before they buy any products at kiosks, check online and make sure what the warranty really is. Do not believe the sales people at kiosks at the malls... They will say anything to sell their products, even lie.
