Bought a hair flat iron. Realized I could get it for 1/3 of the price charged. Tried to return the next day and they wouldn't refund my money. Never showed or told me about Return Policy. Over a dozen other kiosk emplyees surrounded me in minutes confusing me and luring me away. "Can I ask you a question?", "What kind of skin care do you use?", "Come see my nail products." Felt trapped. They all dissipated when security came but I saw them walking by my in the mall and smirking. Totally creepy. Bought the iron because they lured my teenage girl in and were doing her hair before I got to the booth. Filing complaints.
