Unethical business - Botox

I recently purchased a voucher and was unable to reach the company, New You Medical Group. I called several times, left messages and no one ever returned to call. A week later I called and reported the problem and asked for a refund. I was told I was a day late (i.E. Purchased on 1/8, CC charged 1/9, available on your website 1/10, called on 1/15 for a refund. It is your responsbilitiy to make sure you are doing business with ethical businesses, when I accessed this businesses website 3 out of 4 people review them as poor and stated they had already been ripped off by their Living Social voucher. You should have checked them out before offering their services and having not done so, issued a refund when you found out they did not honor the voucher!!!
