Printer Pix - Beware!

This is the first time using one of these type of companies to make a photo book. Being a beginner, it took me about two weeks to figure out their software and make my book. I loved the results of what I created on the computer. The problem is getting the product!!! It took a month for the first order to arrive. Quality was acceptable. Second order, again took a month to receive, the quality of the books was not quite as good, but acceptable. The third order (I kept ordering the same wedding book I had created for different friends/family) was totally unacceptable. Sticky glue all around the edges, rough cut pages, and 7 weeks to receive! I have submitted a customer request for them to be redone, we'll see what happens! I wish I had created the book using a different company. I don't want to go to the hassle of making another wedding album.
