Could they possibly be any slower? - Bonded Landscape Leather Photo Book

I ordered 2 photo books a month ago and still have not received them. I even paid extra for expedited processing. I've ordered photo books from 4 other companies and all were better/faster than Printer Pix. I am soooo dissapointed. When I called I had to ask for a refund for the expedited shipping and they said they had to get approval from a supervisor for the refund. I won't be using this company again for any of my photo imaging needs.
