They ruined my credit score for their mistake

Hi,
By mistake I have taken kohls card and I just used it once. They have sent statement to wrong address.By the time I realize about my $20/- balance, they reported it credit agency and scrued my good credit score. I never seen such a unethical company in my life. I never in my life even look at kohls.
