White callor fruad

After reading only a hand full of KOHLS reviews (they are all bad could not find a good one) I see know I have made a bad mistake doing any buisness with this company. Kohls is ripping people off the white caller way. See I have only made 3 purchases on my kohls credit card. The first for$113.00. A few days later i made a payment of $200.00 $87.00 over what i spent. I made another purchase for $85.00. And made another Payment this time for $89.00 $4.00 over again. I made that payment on line. Then I made a purchase $65.00 and made the exact payment and made this on line again. Spent a total of264.20 and payed them a total of $354.61 (over payment of $90.00). Ok now kohls sayes the online payments did not pay and has charged me 75.00 in late fees. They have stolen $75.00 from my family. Before I got my charge card from kohls my credit score was a 720 and now with these late payments that were not late to begain with my score has droped to 590s. So not only have they ripped me off they have really messed up my credit. I called there customer servise and not only was i treated like a pease of trash i was hung up on and the man named Frank would not let me talk to his superviser. This happend three time and was on the phone for 2 hrs. So i hope the $8.00an hr service customer rep knows they have lost kohls a customer. I am in the customer service and speak to hundrads of people weekly that i will exspress my thoughts to and do my very best to detour them from shopping with this white callor scaming retailer named KOHL's
