Coffee in a Dirty Cup. Nasty! - poor mangament and poor service

My girlfriend and I went to IHOP on 5790 FM 1960 in Houston around 12:00 pm on Saturday the 29th Dec. 2012. Seating us too longer than the proposed 10min they ahd told us initially. After watching others come and get seated immediately, my girlfriend inquired why and then we were immediately seated. We ordered two cups of coffee only to find out one of the cups were dirty as she drank the cup half empty. There was stains from a previous up clearly visible and a ring further down in the cup as if it had been sitting for hours. Rubbing my finger over the soiled areas clearly indicated the cup had not been washed at all, the stains cleared up with the swipe of my finger. The Manager was little to no help in resolving the dirty cup of coffee. After as for the number to corporate, he then offered gifts cards to remedy the situation. Terrible experience at this popular chain. Would not recommend this location.
