Lousy food - steaks and chicken meals

We have went to the longhorn resturant several times here in Jacksonville Fl. It seems like every time we go we have a bad experience. We keep going hopeing that it will be better the next time. The steak is never cooked right. WE order medium rare and he gets medium well. When we get through eating his food is just coming. We go to a resturant so we can enjoy our food together. Sure they comp his steak but we are already upset that we couldn't enjoy dinner together. Sorry but this sucks.
