NOOK HD coupon - Nook

I received a coupon in my Redcard bill good for "50% off NOOK HD or HD accessory" but both the target.com site and your live assistant at 800-591-3869 would not honor the coupon. I placed a at NOOK HD 32G in my cart, but got the following error code when applying the coupon promo code: "The items in your cartdo not meet the minimum requirements of the promotion you entered." So I started over and placed a NOOK HD 32 G a NOOK cover in my cart in case I needed an accessory to qualify, but I got the same error message. Your live assistant would not honor the coupon either. I've just spent 90 frustrating minutes. If Target printed an error, just apologize and don't block me putting any NOOK HD in my cart. This is frustrating. I have documented case.
