This company called me early October with an offer to send me a trial issue of a magazine and then subscribe for a fee of 379.99. If, after reading the magazine I wished to cancel the subscription then I could do so be following the instructions. They asked for an initial fee of £1 to cover postage. The fee of £1 was taken immediately, but no trial issue came. Then on 5 November £79.99 was taken from my account. When I complained they said they would cancel my subscription and refund the £79.99. Despite several phone calls not refund has been forthcoming
