I ordered Vogue in February, and was assured my subscription would start arriving in April (Vogue US, I live in The Netherlands now). When I hadn't received anything by late May, I called and was told they would check, and to call again if I didn't receive an issue the next month. I was also asked to give my email address so that Pitney Bowes, their international distributor could contact me (which they never did). The monthly phone calls continued until I finally received the September issue. I received September and October, but not November or December (the issue it states I should receive now).

When I called, I was offered a refund for six issues and not the 10 I was missing because "our records show they've been mailed since April."

I am very unhappy and very disappointed, not only because this should have been handled better and I should never have had to make four international phone calls before receiving a single issue (six months after paying for a subscription), but also because I have had to pay for six issues after only receiving two.

I will not subscribe to any Condé Nast publication in the future, which is unfortunate, as I was previously happy with two separate years-long subscriptions to Vanity Fair.
