Sat my package somewhere outside a apt. Complex

I recently orders two items from a another company and ups was supposed to deliver it to my home. Well the first item was delayed left at the facilty. I sign and got the first one. Well second item ups said they left on my porch in a apt complex opened. All they had to do was come open the door and come upstairs and let me sign for my item which i paid for, instead they just left the item on a open apt complex area. Which i'm very appalled with ups and claim they did leave it there at my home. Some company that dont have one ounce of other peoples packages. And claim to be the top notch company hmmm not!!! And even the customer service people was rude. Really.
