Absolute disgrace

Twice this month had problem with ups seems they don't understand there own job (they deliver packages correct?)
anyway 1 st item was returned to shipper after it took several times contacting them to do so
seems they don't have a clue what there job is or that customer service is what is expected from them
wasted over 4 hours talking to many people including several supervisors total waste of time all you get is same repeated prepared excuses and lies, never do they answer your question or seem to care one bit
so onto 2nd package was suppose to come with no signature requirement as confirmed by the shipper and ups when I asked, so they should of left at door as they have done with many of my neighbors on my street and others (no problem I would think) but apparently that's too much for them to do, I got a notice on door that requires me to sign for the item (a signature required for item sent with no signature required) so again time wasted and more excuses, so next day yesterday I left there stupid notice on door as they now require in there power trip and again package not left just another notice (uh... I signed your form you demand I do for no reason and fail to accept it) the driver took the form and left a second form
absolutely waste of time what again is there job?
