Waiting a long time for pizza and still waiting

I ordered pizza they told me that it would be there in 45 minutes. Well 12 days later I am still waiting for my pizza. I have been sitting at the door for 12 whole days with my credit card and counting. The only time I left the door was to take a bathroom break.
