Miscellaneous

Searched google to start a US citizenship application. This site appears to be the USA official government website. I began an application after paying the $199 fee via credit card on line. I believed that this $199 fee was part of the total US Immigration charges which would be incurred during the process. I completed the application and was surprised that it needed to be printed and submitted by mail. When I went back out to my email, I reviewed their email order confirmation and immediately sensed that this was not an official government communication. Going back to google, I quickly found a history of similarly reported complaints. I tried to call the American Immigration Center. It asks you to hold for an advisor, only to finally end in a "good-bye" and call termination. I shredded the application that I completed using this site, fearing that it is not the official US Immigration form. I was not going to send this application in with a $680 check, only to have it rejected by the US Immigration Service.

US Immigration The website www.us-immigration.com makes everyone think that this is a government website, and that the fees paid are actual application fees. But, by paying $149, all you get is a filled form
