Pizza hut sucks

I Called for a delivery at PIZZA HUT IN HOUSTON, TX the Belaire location. I made the order at 11:30 and the operator says it will make it to your house at 12:02, well it did not come til 1:06. While waiting for the pizza I called pizza hut to see what was taking so long, the pizza hut person politely said a manager would call me to take my complaint. Well I never got that call. I WILL NEVER CALL PIZZA HUT AGAIN.
Im switching over to dominoes for now on.
