Band Merch
4 weeks wait & no item. Person had no xmas gift to open. When get crushed: (

I ordered the last half of november an autographed cd (which was autographed early in the year by band) of Hollywood Records band Cherri Bomb. The website states that orders ship out within 3 to 5 days of placing the order. So I thought that I get the item way before xmas. 21st rolls around and still no item. I got no email stating there was an issue with my order and recieved no tracking number to track my package after I ordered. I emailed and finally got a response on the 21st. However I did not recieve the item til after xmas and b4 new yrs eve. So the person had nothing to open on xmas. When I did recieve the item a day ago it was crushed. Now I have to battle the company to get one sent to me that isnt damaged and to get then to not make me send the bad one back esp since I attached photos to an email to them. As I have already been put threw enough hassle and more over this. I did not pay 26 dollars and some change to get this kind of bad service and a crushed item. I expected my item to arrive not damaged and withing 2 weeks of placing my order as this order came from California and I'm in MI. I would tell ppl to NOT order from this company if you want merch from a band that they sell items of I suggest looking for it elsewhere or getting it at one their shows. I wouldnt want ppl to have to go threw what I and others have. I also dont want what bandmerch has done to look negative on bands.
