The disaray of the food, etc

I ordered a large pizza on 9'3 @6:50. I was told that the pizza would be here 35 or 40 mins. I finally got a call @ 7:42pm stating that they were at the address, but looking for a church, which was not what was told them. The address was correct, but the apt. # was 7. The driver brought the pizza to the door. I gave the driver the money plus, tip. As I was getting ready to serve the pizza; i opened the box and the pizza was all in a disaray (Twisted around and turned over. I was very very disappointed, especially after waiting nearly an hour. I am a regular customer as well as my Church members and the Church. I called the manager and told her what had happened. She sent another pizza, after I had still to wait another 30 minutes. I am debating at this time as to start using another business. Thanks and do have a Bless holiday week-end. Dr. Mrs. J.
