Based upon the advertisement on Joonbug Productions web site and the representations made therein, we placed an order on November 29th, for two tickets to the new year's eve event at Marquee. My guest and I were sorely disappointed by the quality of the event. Everything was in disarray when we arrived. We stood in line waiting for about 20 minutes before we could even check-in our coats, which was a harbinger for what was to come later in the evening.
