Sept. 2009 I purchased 3 tickets via PayPal to the ScareAsylum event promoted by Odyssey Star Productions of Palm Beach Florida. The day after my visa account made payment, I was notified that the event had already been canceled, due to a Mr. Brent Fair disappearing, with all of the funds to this event. After several attempts to get some kind of answer to what could be done for all of the people that were affected by this scam, I received no replies, or up-dates on any type of action being taken to correct this problem. I am sure that many people have lost a great deal of money on this fraud, and my letters to PayPal, and Visa, as well as Odyssey Productions have all indicated that we may never be reimbursed. I find this response unacceptable, and believe that legal action is the only way that justice could be obtained. I recommend that every one that has been ripped-off by the parties listed in this complaint, also take action so that a possible class action suit may be put into affect. The Trans Allegheny Lunatic Asylum was also take advantage of, and were kind enough to offer a free tour of the facilities on the scheduled night of the event. I thank them for being so generous, and feel that they also are victims of this incident, and are owed payment for their efforts.
