I have filed complaints with BBB, FTC, FCC and next will be IC3. Gov. When I lived in VA. They not only had me with four different accounts, but always wrong charges. Now, they are trying to place me in collections for the amt. Above. Another account number? Say I did NOT return equipment? (I don't have Fios here) Comcast is the choice.) But all all equipment as per instructed was returned to USPS as told to do. I have received here in FL Two more sets to return equipment. Spoken to a supposed supervisor as well. Same is gong on with bills for wireless cell! No ONe can give correct answer? No one.
