I'm too tired, disappointed and sick to tell you how terrible they are. I've spent over $200 and they are telling me my order from 12-15-12 will not arrived until the 31st. They took my money but haven't given me any presents they promised by Christmas for me to give my two grandsons. This company is cheap and terrible. My presents sent in Indiannapolis, In for over 4 days! Reg. Mail would have been faster than "smartpost" they used. The post office has been wonderful to me!
