CVS Bucyrus, Ohio... Unresolved issue, TERRIBLE manager! - Celion Dion Pure Brillance 1 oz. Bottles, purple boxes with a pic of Celion on them

The following is a review I wrote for CVS in Bucyrus, OH - it was to go on Yahoo reviews, but for some reason my capcha codes aren't being accepted and it won't enter my review... So here's my thoughts... And I will be posting this review to any website review application that I can find!

I feel this store deserves 0 STARS! But the rating system makes me click at least one star! I don't normally shop at this location, but I had a few Christmas presents to return and was in the area (I and my family had been mailed perfume by my mom-in-law, whom resides in Youngstown—a 3 hr. Drive from my home)... So, I m completely allergic to this perfume! No big deal I thought, get the receipt from her take them back — no receipt can be found (which she is so upset about now)

— store manager aka - resident a*hole, Earl Sessions, REFUSES in an irritated, mean disposition that they cannot return it for me with a store gift card because the total value of the perfumes is TOO MUCH money! WTF? Uh, I m sorry I have a generous family member whom wished to bestow upon me and my family a nice gift that costs more than $20 each, and I am also sooo sorry I have more than 1 single family member!

From my understanding of this situation with Earl and his flunkie cashier, if I had something CHEAPER I d have been able to return it! Their conclusion... I now have to send the perfume back to Youngstown (ten boxes with 1 oz. Bottles of perfume) to my mom-in-law, have her take it to the store from which she purchased it from and THAT store will give her the money/store credit for my family s gifts. Then she gets to send it back to me (which with the postal service will be AFTER Christmas delivery to my home)

So i want to thank earl sessions personally for his terrible attitude, sh*tty disposition, angry demeanor, and the absolute worst customer service i have ever ever received in my lifetime!!! Oh, and my family would like to thank you for ruining their christmas.
