Ripoff

I was taken advantage for 129.95 on September 10. I have tried numerous times to call the 1-866-799-2788 number but there was never anyone to answer the phone.

After looking up the company and finding this sight I called the 1-727-530-7071 and got a hold of Brandon in the Payroll Dept, Brandon said that he will go get one of two customer service reps. He then transfered me to Fredrick Dillon, General Manager. Fredrick told me if I send him 3 letters and my bank statement I can have my money in two weeks.

I went to my bank today and asked to have the transaction reversed, however "they" used a check instead of automatic draft. The bank said it could take up to 60 days to get my money back, and to not send the a-holes anything. THis is my first time ever being ripped off. Now i know!!
