David owns property in Schenectady NY. I gave his landlord 900 dollars to move in, I didn't move in because the landlord wouldnt let me. I could not get a hold of the landlord and she told me I would not be getting my money back. I called david, he said he would give me my money back, contacted him again, he said he would sue me for harassment. Now I'm out 900 dollars.
