Overseas call center and NO RMA core refunds

3/22/10 12:35 PM Drivewire.com has been OUTsourced to overseas call center. They are all ID10T's. This site is a scam when you try to RMA a core as they WILL NOT send you a RMA number in 24 hours. It takes 2 weeks and 30 mins of hold time. Online help sucks.
