Landlord was extremely troublesome. He hardly did any maintenance, even when we called several times. He called the police on us after our move, because we broken in window to get our items prior to lease expiration. As usual, we could not contact him from phone on anything.
Strongest suggestion for not to do any business with him as tenant at 542 Osborne ave, Morrisville, Pa. Further I suggest to be very cautious about his carpentry company:
