Deadbeat dad to 5 kids owes $33,000! Takes only cash jobs! Ripoff, breezy point

Kenneth John Patrick Hibbard of the Crosslake, Breezy Point area of Minnesota has failed all five (5) of his children miserably. Not only financially, but emotionally, spiritually, and psychologically. Last reported he owed his four (4) HIBBARD children $33,000 in back child support. He owes his fifth child, born out of wedlock and adultery, $65,000 in back child support.

The first child support case involving $33,000 in back child support to his four children has been WIPED OUT OF THE LEGAL SYSTEM!!! WHY? Because his ex-wife and the mother of these four children tragically passed away to breast cancer July. Since the judgement was in her name and now that she passed on, KEN HIBBARD GETS OFF COMPLETELY FROM OWING HIS KIDS THIS MONEY!

According to Anoka County, Ken Hibbard owes $0 dollars to the HIBBARD CHILDREN! All because his ex-wife died. What about the kids that are still alive?

THE SYSTEM NEEDS TO CHANGE! This is so unfair to his children. One of these kids was 17 when their dear mother passed away and still had a year of high school to complete. Did Ken provide for this child? NOPE!

These four children are now ages 19,24, 28 and 30 years old. And one child, conceived with a mistress while he was still married, is 17 years old.

Ken is onto his third wife. His first wife, Lauren, he walked out on after 17 years of marriage to live with a girlfriend back in 1990. He had four (4) children with her. The youngest was 3 years old when he left and the oldest was 15 years old. He also emptied out the bank account before he left, forcing his family into living out of food shelves, food stamps, and poverty.

He scams the child support system by LYING and CHEATING on his taxes and being an independent contractor. He will claim he makes around $30K - $40K a year, when in FACT he makes well over $100K a year - consistantly. He works mainly for CASH ONLY, that way he doesn't have to report the income, thus NOT HAVE TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT. He tells the judge, "I only make this much money, I can't afford to pay child support." When in fact he can - and should.

He keeps LARGE AMOUNTS of cash in his vehicles. Back in 1992, some neighbor kids broke into his truck and stole over $20,000 in cash!!!

This man must be stopped!
