Job Corps Frenchburg is filled with a wild bunch of wild, dangerous, and uncivilized youths, and lack the supervision and/or supervision that lacks enforcement of the rules

Screaming, cursing, and threats in front of Frenchburg Job Corps staff that takes a report and files them"doing absolutely nothing"! I am a parent who initially helped my daughter get into Job Corps, thinking that it was a good program to get my daughter involved - it has turned out to be a nightmare! The first week there, my daughter was telling me that she was being sexually harassed by lesbians; and in the middle of the night, in the male's dorm some of the guys put a lock in a pillow case and beat one of their dorm mates because he was gay! In the girls dorm, "this week" a group of females poured bleach on a dorm mate that was sleeping! In the middle of the night again, another group of girls were awaken to trash being poured all over them followed by being cursed out. I have called my daughter a number of times, and her background was peaceful, for the first 5 min. Before you hear a bunch of loud cursing; my final straw today was today as we talked about what we were going to do on her holiday visit home when this loud mouth animal-like came in cursing at my daughter and threatening her! I called the police because a threat is a threat, I am not going to wait for one of these animals to attack my daughter! I feel that each and everyone of these facilities should be investigated and monitored on an on-going basis and / or shut down; at this point it appears to be nothing more than a zoo filled with some good kids mixed in with a majority of wild animals that are very dangerous!!! If you have a child that was not court ordered to go, please do not send your children to be mistreated, abused, and have no rights, since they are depending on staff that will do virtually nothing to help them! This is a chaotic environment 95% of the time, I'm lucky if my child doesn't end up with Post-traumatic Stress, we did not come from this or near this kind of environment.

If this message could reach President Obama, I would personally would have an earful of other incidents to share and urgently request for investigations on all of these sites! My daughter informed me that she learned hat the Job Corps sites gets $30,000 for everyone they sign up to participate and keep for he first 30 days! This program is paid for through the Federal Government, we need to do something about this!
