Shoes are both right feet!

My husband bought me a Michael Korrs shoe on the 13th of Dec. I fit the right feet of the shoe because we were in a hurry. Our flight back to Barcelona Spain was on the same day. The salesman named Gustavo attended us politely. He accompanied us to the cashier and my husband paid for it by his credit card. Then we went to the upper floor to buy a luggage. When we arrived in Barcelona on the 14th of Dec. As we unpacked our luggage i saw the shoe and tried to fit it. I was shocked when i realized that both of them was the for the right feet!!! As we have like 6hours time difference i waited for hours to contact Macy's. On the same day i tried calling for like 7 or 8 times but it was always the answering machine everytime the operator put me thru lady's shoe department. On the 15th, i think it was the 6th time when i had my luck and finally talked to someone named Roger. I think he s the manager/responsible in that department (im not sure though). I told him about my problem and that i didnt have the reciept because i left it in the hotel together with the box. I also told him that since we bought it thru credit card i can ask the bank to send me a copy of the payment. I said i just wanted the left pair and that i didnt want to return it. (of course i will return the other right pair). I even gave him the number that appears below the barcode that was sticked on the platform of the shoe. He told me he'd email me but until now i havent recieve any email. This is so frustrating!!! It shoudnt be happening in the first place!!! Though my calls will cost me more expensive than my shoe i still keep on callng them. Sadly until now i dont have any answer...
