I was an employee at Shriver Job Corps Center in Devens, Massachusetts and the greed, and illegalities going on at that center were widespread and paramount. I reported Shriver to the OIG for fraud in their actions of retaining students who should have been separated, but were retained because we needed the "numbers" in order not to lose our "top" status. I filed other charges with OIG but, some employees were too afraid to speak when OIG held a full scale investigation of the center.
