I ordered a free trial for $4.95 and received an imcomplete package. About 15 days later they charged me $99.67 and said that I was charged for the kit and it was a two week trial. I threatened with a class action lawsuit and after "Princess" the representative, who tried to give me half the money, or other products and argued for about 40 minutes, finally said she would give me a refund. People, tell them you have will join in a lawsuit against them, it might work. She gave me this number #CA0026E00 and said I would get my money back in 5 to 7 days and I will receive an email confirming it. I will let you know that status later.
