I ordered the $4.95 E-cig from Bright Safe Cig. It started with the fact that I never recieved it. I called them and they said it was delivered and I said no it wasn't. Any way today they charged my card for $99.95. I just got off the phone with them and they refuse to refund my money.instead they want to send me another pack. I told them I wanted nothing but my money and again they refused.
